2. Delivery Charges:

International Orders:

1. Delivery Time:

• Processing an international order takes 2 working days and delivery takes 9-18 days.
• Our logistic partner will deliver your order on time but in the event of any delays, please note that these are caused by events beyond our control.

2. Delivery charges:

• Shipping Charges are calculated and displayed at the point of Checkout.
• Duties and taxes for international orders are not included as part of the product or shipping charges. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency at the time of your order delivery.
• Duty, as mandated by your country of shipment, will have to be borne by you. In case of non-payment of duties & taxes to receive the shipment, Suifab will not entertain a request for a Return or Refund.

  (NOTE - The term Working Days does not include National holidays, Sundays or Bank Holidays)

TRACKING ORDERS:

• You may track your package at any given point in time.
• As soon as your order is dispatched the tracking information of your order will be sent to your registered email.
• In the unlikely event that you do not receive an email after 4 days of placing an order please contact us at hello@suifab.com.

OUT OF REACH:

We use a third-party service for shipping our orders, they provide services across almost all PIN Codes nationwide. Unfortunately, there are some areas which are ODZ (Out of Delivery Zone), in such instances, we will inform you within 3 working days. You will have the option to cancel the order and get a refund or give us an alternative address which is not in an ODZ.

DELAYS IN SHIPPING:

Delays in shipping may occur for various reasons. (Refer 'Events Beyond Our Control ' )

CANCELLATION OF ORDER DUE TO DELIVERY:

• Our courier service will attempt to deliver the order 2 times at the delivery address. However, if the package is not deliverable due to reasons not attributable to us, the package will be returned to the Head Office Warehouse in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
• On receiving the package we will attempt to contact you via phone and email. However, if we cannot get in touch with you we shall consider the order as Terminated and refund the amount within 30 days of the Termination of the order.

Payment

1. Payment Methods:

We accept payment via.

For shipping to India, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa, Rupay & American Express) and also provide Net Banking options across major banks and UIP.

For all international transactions, we accept major Credit Cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express).

• COD (Cash On Delivery )

NOTE- International Orders are not eligible for COD.

2. Processing of Payment:

• For Prepaid purchases, you will be charged as soon as you complete your order. Your order will be confirmed only after the payment is successful.
• For COD, you must pay in cash at the time of receiving the order.
